“RLC has been our go to plumbing company for a few years now”

RLC has been our go to plumbing company for a few years now. I’ve needed some rather urgent repairs twice since my husband died, and Robert was here to fix the problems in less than an hour, and without an emergency fee. His calm, professional demeanor eased my worries and gained my trust very quickly. His prices are very reasonable, and he has even added parts without extra charges. One thing RLC Plumbing has done, that sets him above the rest, is being honest with me. He could have very easily gotten away with making the job much bigger and more costly but he didn’t. He possesses a trustworthy work ethic that’s not easily matched. Based on my experiences with RLC Plumbing, there’s no reason to use any other plumbing company.

RLC Plumbing helped us in La Porte with not only a water leak, but they handled our repipe and tankless water heater install as well. Their technicians and install crew were not only efficient but they were professional and knowledgeable. They made sure to they layed down cloths to protect the floor and went above and beyond to ensure the any mess they made during their time there was cleaned up. They have definitely earned a lifetime customer.

I called RLC Plumbing out for a gas leak repair, and they did a great job. My technician, Allen, was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Dealing with a gas leak was stressful, but Allen’s approach put me at ease. The general area of the leak was pinpointed pretty quickly but he still went into the attic to make sure nothing was going on up there. Turns out the leak was in the wall behind the refrigerator. He showed me exactly where he preferred to cut the sheetrock and showed me where the leak was. The cuts were manageable and easy to repair as I was doing that myself since the sheetrock repair was not included in the fee. Overall- great customer service, knowledgeable tech, and quick response time. I recommend RLC Plumbing and I'd use them again for any plumbing needs!
